We stayed in room 4 for one night while travelling to Melbourne. The blinds were broken and grubby, surfaces were caked with dirt, and the musty, stale smell clung to my clothes afterwards. Reception was staffed for only a short time, so there was no one to talk to about it. The information folder was from the COVID period and badly out of date. I know other guests have had a different experience and may have had better rooms, but ours was awful. We've stayed in much better and cheaper places on the way. No idea where the four stars come from. Avoid.

The rooms are cosy and have what you need, though you're not coming here to spend time indoors. There's a cafe and golf club across the road, lovely walking tracks and lookouts nearby, and of course the beautiful beach. Can't go wrong with this location.

Affordable and in a great spot, just two minutes from the beach and across from the Golf Club. Daniel was great. If you're watching your budget, it's a good place to stay, with a BYO dining room and a view to die for.

Just across from the beach, it's a perfectly fine place to sleep for the night, especially for the price. Huge thanks for the amazing service when I turned up on the wrong night. That could have been a nightmare, but they handled it better than I could have hoped.

My wife and I have been visiting Beachhouse for close to ten years, and we absolutely love it. Great views, friendly staff, a great spot and a good price. Couldn't ask for more.
