Lake Macquarie Manor

We stayed for four days and would love to return. The Manor was exceptionally clean, with a great layout and a kitchen, meeting area and lounge supplied with everything we needed. The bedrooms were lovely, the bathrooms well stocked, and I especially liked the thick bath towels. Alecia and the staff were a pleasure to meet and so helpful.

Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the communication was spot on throughout. The rooms look almost brand new and are very well fitted out. There are plenty of places beyond the rooms to relax, including outdoor decks, lounge areas, private dining tables and reading nooks, plus a huge kitchen and a games area with a pool table. The ramps and lifts throughout make it accessible for wheelchairs. It works well for couples, families or groups. For 3 star prices, the rooms feel like 5 star value. I couldn't fault it and would definitely stay again.

The booking was straightforward and the details email came through quickly. We arrived before check-in hoping to leave our luggage, but our room was already ready. Everything was clean and well appointed, with what we needed for a self-catering break, including tea and coffee. The shared spaces have a full kitchen, dining room, games lounge with a large TV and pool table, plus an outdoor BBQ, lounge, jacuzzi and several quiet spots to sit. Alisha answered questions quickly and was very helpful. We had a comfortable, welcoming couple of days.

The common kitchen and lounge are five star, with pretty much every convenience you could think of. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet too. I met Alisha on the first day and felt as if we'd known each other for ages. Darren was just as welcoming. Amazing place to stay, and I'll recommend it to friends and family.
