Morisset Serviced Apartments

The room itself was good, but customer service was nowhere to be found when I needed it. My access code failed at 2 am and I was locked out of both the building and my room. I called the after-hours number 20 times in a row with no answer, then got a call back at 7:45 am. The staff member blamed me for the code failing and went on about personal problems as a reason for not answering at 2 am. I understand they may have personal issues, but I still needed access to the room I'd paid for. Someone else should have had the night phone.

A nice, clean motel with plenty of space for the price. Good for staying alone or with family.

I'm so grateful to Rennae from Morisset Apartments for looking after my whole family during a really difficult time. She kept in touch, let us know what was happening, and was there for any questions. The Morisset Appartments are close to shops and restaurants, and the apartments are beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and feel like home. I'd stay again anytime and recommend them to everyone.

The mobile check-in and check-out worked amazingly well, and the security access was easy to use. The apartment is nicely presented and close to all amenities.
