We had a great time exploring the Adelaide Hills and nearby attractions, and we’d happily return. Liz and Richard made us feel so welcome, with food and drinks waiting when we arrived. The apartment was spotless and tastefully done in French decor. They were easy to reach and happy to help with anything.

The breakfast supplies were a lovely touch, especially not having to wash the dishes ourselves. We also enjoyed chatting with Liz and Richard while they tended the landscaping one afternoon. They gave us a warm welcome, then left us to our privacy, while Liz was quick to reply whenever we texted for help or recommendations. The suite was beautifully furnished, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate. We’d booked through the Frostwood House website after a friend recommended it, and came away just as impressed as they were.

Liz made everything easy, from detailed check-in and checkout instructions to being available when we needed her while still giving us plenty of privacy. The DIY breakfast was tasty and convenient to enjoy on our own schedule. Frostwood House Suite was spacious, spotless, and even nicer in person. It’s a handy base for the wineries, and we had a great day on the old Steam ranger from Mt Barker to Victor Harbor. Thanks, Liz, for a wonderful stay. I’d recommend Frostwood House to anyone visiting Adelaide Hills.

We’re hoping to return if we’re back in the area. Our September stay at Frostwood House was peaceful and first class, a 10 out of 10. The private, apartment-like space felt welcoming and comfortable. Liz took such good care of us, with scrumptious breakfasts, fruit, and other treats, and even the directions she gave us were helpful for finding our way around. Wonderful hosts.

We’ll be back. The place felt homey and comfortable, and the owners’ French country style gave it a lovely atmosphere inside and out. Liz paid attention to what we needed while giving us the privacy we wanted. Off street parking was provided too, and it was great value.
