The staff were kind and very helpful, and the room was clean with an awesome view of the snow. But at $600 a night, the stay felt far too expensive. I booked two nights for $1,200 and there was no breakfast, no room service, and nothing else included. We even had to take our own rubbish out when checking out. There were stains on the bedsheet and a woman's long hair on the bed, so it definitely didn't seem clean.
