The shared kitchen and living area were nice, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is good too. Self check-in was easy: just follow the instructions and your room is ready. It had all I could ask for, and I’d definitely come back. Thanks, guys!

For what it costs, this was pretty ordinary. I’ve never had a smaller room, ours was barely big enough for a single bunk bed. The sheets weren’t clean, and there weren’t basic things like a kettle or tea bags. The app for the door lock was annoying to use, and, as other reviews mention, the bathroom door kept opening. Mount Buller accommodation isn’t cheap, but I’ve paid less elsewhere and had a much better stay.

Read the small print. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. I don't know why they need six hours to prepare a room, but those times are awkward when you're skiing. The rooms are nice, though very small. For a little more, a hotel would give you better service overall. Avoid the downstairs room if you can, since it's beside the laundry and you can hear it running all night. Make sure you get all the entry details well ahead of time too. Replies aren't quick, and you could end up stuck out in the cold.

My partner and I booked this for a birthday weekend and left disappointed. The room advertising was misleading and didn't match what we got. We were on the bottom floor of a shared house, and could constantly hear people running up and down the stairs. There was other people's hair in the beds, which was appalling. For the money we spent, the accommodation fell short, and I wish we’d put it toward a nicer place.
