The room looked a bit dated, though I was told renovations are underway. It was quiet and comfortable, and good value. Reception gave me a lovely welcome, too. The location’s great. I’ll be back.

The location is central, beside the RSl and across the road from Eatons pub and Cattle Dog cafe. Staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the linen was good quality. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home, and the shower was properly hot. Couldn’t fault the motel.

Room 1 was a little dark, but switching on the light fixed that, and it was quiet. The shower was really good, and the bed and pillow were lovely. I appreciated having a toaster for breakfast, plus plenty of tea, sugar and biscuits. The room was clean, airy and spacious, the owners pleasant, and it’s right next to RSL CLUB. I’ll be back.

Great spot, top place. The old 'box' air con did the job fine, though I’d love to see it replaced with a splitty.
