Apollo Unit 10

The unit was fully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen and amenities that seemed thoughtfully chosen. Woolies and Aldi are nearby, which was convenient. The place is clean and a short walk from Narooma’s main street. For two nights, it was good value, and the stay added to our memories of Narooma. I did notice that some crockery may not have been cleaned well by previous guests. That’s not to blame the accommodation, but guests should be considerate when using a hired place. Management might want to check whether the dishes need cleaning.

Ugh, this unit was disgusting. The cupboards were cracked and chipped, the wardrobe doors were hard to open, and the carpet was stained. The vertical blinds didn’t work properly, and the sliding security door wouldn’t close all the way, so it wasn’t insect-proof. There were security doors with no key. One star for a place charging like it’s 3 1/2-4 stars.

It’s clean, with comfortable beds, a big bathroom and spacious bedrooms, and the price is reasonable for the size. But the apartment only has one heater, there’s no bin, and the shower’s hot-water tank is small.

The whole family loved how fantastic this place looks. It’s really clean, central to everything and great for children. An awesome place to stay.
