Narooma is a lovely town, and Coastal Comfort is well located and well maintained. We’re genuinely grateful to the managers, Martin and Jo, who were kind, helpful and really generous while we were dealing with camper problems. We couldn’t recommend their hotel more. Greetings from Belgium.

Jo and Martin made sure we had a great holiday even though our car broke down. Their hospitality went further than expected: they helped us find a solution with the car rental company and even drove us a couple of towns along so we could continue our journey. If you’re staying in Narooma, I can only recommend this accommodation.

The view really stood out, and we had a wonderful stay. After I accidentally left some belongings behind, the staff kindly arranged express delivery for me. It made the trip even better, and I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We paid $195 through Flight Centre on 9 April 2025 for a one-night WATERVIEW room at Coastal Comfort Motel on 9 JULY 2025, booking three months ahead. Instead, on arrival we were put in unit 1 at the front of the complex by the road, with a bed under a window looking onto the car park through sheer curtains. It smelled of vomit and had NO WATER VIEW. When I asked for the room we’d paid for, they said no because they were fully booked. A couple at the local supermarket told us Coastal Comfort changes guests’ rooms when they can get more money for the better one. I don’t know if that’s true, but it left us feeling even worse. Coastal Coastal Motel WON'T reimburse the $195, saying it was too late at 3pm to rebook. HOW PATHETIC PATHETIC. Amooran apartments gave us a BEAUTIFUL room overlooking the ocean and golf course for the same $195. People, you would
