Kylie + Carl were the loveliest hosts I’ve come across in ages. They let us reschedule several times when we couldn’t travel, even though we were past the cancellation window. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The pool was delightful and parking was easy. I’m super impressed and would happily stay again and again. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We ended up being upgraded to an apartment after minor glitches in both the first and second rooms. We weren’t complaining about that! The young man at Reception went above and beyond to help. We stayed one night recently and would recommend this place.

The shower looked dated, and its exhaust fan didn’t work. I also found the pillows flat and no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee, though everything else was there. It’s an ideal stop when travelling, but the signage is poor and the place was very obscure to find.

It’s a nice motel in a great spot, but I wouldn’t recommend it until a few issues are fixed. The bed covers were extremely dirty, with stains and yellowing, and there were no pillow protectors under the pillowcases. The ceiling fan switch had no knob, and the shower barely washed you because of all the calcium build-up.

We’ve stayed here several times because we have family in Narrabri, and the motel has been excellent each time. Kylie & Carl are welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and everything on site is very well maintained. It’s a quiet spot, with local amenities an easy walk away. You won’t be disappointed.
