Figtree Motel

We’d stayed here several times before and always had a good experience from check-in to departure. This week changed that, and we won’t return unless the new owners do a complete clean-up. Room 19 had dirty carpets and sticky floors, hair in the shower, and dirty plates when we went to use them, among other things. I’m amazed by the positive responses I’ve just read. Maybe ask to see the room before paying. Room 19 was disgusting.

The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, which was the best part of our stay at the Fig Tree Motel. The pool was clean and a welcome relief on a hot day. It’s simple and affordable, and worked perfectly for a quick stop in Narrandera. We’ll be back.

I’ve stayed at the Fig Tree Motel regularly over the years, and it’s great to see how much it has improved under the new management. The rooms are cleaner, better maintained, and consistently comfortable now. The staff have always been friendly, but lately the customer service has been excellent. They’re warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which makes a real difference when travelling. It’s good value, and you can see the work going into keeping the place in good shape and welcoming. I’ll keep staying here when I’m in Narrandera. Highly recommend!

It was easy to get around from here, with essential amenities close by. The motel was also quiet and peaceful, so I found the stay relaxing. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, pleasant place to stay.
