We stayed in Apartment 1, one of several apartments rented for holidays, and it was clean with everything we needed. The two-bedroom setup had a master room and a kids' room that could sleep three children or others. It's right on the beachfront, so we could sleep to the sound of the sea and take a short stroll to the beach for an early swim. Shoal Bay shops and restaurants are an easy walk, and Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay are a five-minute drive away.
