The room was dirty, with soiled bed linen and stains on the carpet tiles. The microwave wouldn't heat food, the floors creaked, it was very noisy, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. There wasn't enough toilet paper and no housekeeping during our stay. The good points were the location, a large fridge in the room, air conditioning, and a big kitchen and lounge area downstairs in the foyer. It was cheap at $130 a night, but we couldn't stay any longer and paid for somewhere else.

It's a dirty place and nowhere near worth the $170 I paid for one night. Before I even got into the room there were dead cockroaches. The microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, there was mould all over the window and curtains, and behind the fridge looked untouched. They expect you to wash dishes but don't provide a sponge. There were drink stains or something similar all over the walls, and the cleaners hadn't even tried to clean them. If you're near the laundry and someone uses the dryer, good luck sleeping. The location is great, though parking can be hard to find, as you'd expect. I'd never come back.

It's close to the water, with plenty of nightlife, so it might suit a younger crowd. The rooms were dusty and hot, and the busy road made them noisy. There were cockroaches and parking was a problem, with access handled through a self-service digital system only. At least the bed was comfortable, but the room cleanliness was disappointing.

Location is flawless, with so many great bars and cafes within walking distance that there's plenty to choose from. The place is basic and just okay. There are loose threads in parts of the carpet, creaky floorboards, dirty patches on some walls, and a bathroom door that's a bit hard to open and close. The bed was clean and comfortable enough, and the air conditioning made the room cosy. I was drunk when I booked, so I didn't read the reviews until the next day.
