Lovely and comfortable. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi because the network didn't appear with the name as written. Some inconsiderate person parked in our driveway, so I couldn't drive my friend to hospital. I knocked on neighbouring doors and one person gave me a mouthful. I called the police, who rang the offender. He and his friend, who was staying next door, had to unlock the car. The person had an interlock on it for DUI.

The communication was terrible. The listed phone numbers were wrong, nobody answered, and when we finally reached someone near the end of the stay, nothing was resolved. All we got was an apology and 20% off a future stay. I would never return or deal with these rude, incompetent people. If you're considering it, don't do it! The apartments were expensive, but ours smelled disgusting and was dirty, with rubbish left behind, dust everywhere, bugs stuck to the kitchen cupboards, a dirty stove top, and sand in the shower. At 10pm, other guests were calling our intercom asking for our entry codes. Then in the morning the garage door was wide open, even though we'd checked that everything was locked.

We got codes for the whole listing of properties this company manages, and the code for our property didn't work. None of the phone numbers listed anywhere were answered, so our large group booking was left standing on the street with no one to contact. Eventually another company reached the property manager, but then we found the air conditioner didn't work and the unit had no power. We were let down again and again. I can't recommend the property or the company.

The units are nice, but they weren't stocked with anything. Service and communication were very poor. I wouldn't stay again.
