Everything in the room worked, parking was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the view was magnificent. The location is wonderful, close to light rail, pubs and restaurants. Special mention to housekeeping, who topped up the coffee pods each day and put our dirty cups and plates in the dishwasher. The single card compendium was one of the smartest things I’ve seen in accommodation. It’s a double-sided A5 card with instructions for the dishwasher, ordering food, using the air con and more. A welcome change from encyclopaedic compendiums nobody bothers to read. A flawless experience.

The Terminus has become our go-to when we head down to Newcastle, and this was our second stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could need. Great location too. We’ll be back again.

We found the reception team great, and check-in was seamless. The car park was pretty tight to manoeuvre in, though that’s understandable. Our room felt welcoming, with relaxing music, the lights on, and a cheeky chocolate waiting for us. It had all the amenities we needed, and the toiletries were a nice change from the usual drying ones. Great location, but still nice and quiet. Thank you.

We had loads of space in the apartment, including a full kitchen. The balcony was big and clean, with a large table, even though there wasn’t a view. Everything inside was extremely tidy and had what I needed, with music playing on the TV when I arrived and a lovely personal welcome note. Parking was around the corner, and the place was easy to find. The staff were professional, really nice, and couldn’t do enough for us. There’s a supermarket about a 10-minute walk down the road. Love this place. Shame I’m not staying longer, but I’ll definitely be back.

It’s a really quiet place, which was nice, and the hotel is well kept. The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Great location too, within walking distance of the water.
