Portside Noosa Waters

Warwick is awesome, but our stay in unit two had a few problems. We couldn't get into the lock-up garage, the dogs in unit one barked around the clock, and there were renovations going on constantly. We've been coming here for more than 25 years, so now I'm not sure anymore.

Being able to tie our boat up in the backyard and head out on the Noosa waterways is such a joy. Warwick, our host, also went out of his way to look after our large family and their partners, spreading everyone across two units. It's one of the rare times we all get together, and this is always one of our favourite places. We look forward to coming back.

We could fish right out the front, so there was plenty to do without going anywhere. The apartment was modern and really comfortable, and having private access to the water made the stay especially relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

The bed was so uncomfortable that my partner and I didn't sleep for two nights. The quilt needs replacing, and of the four pillows, two felt like solid rocks while the other two had almost nothing in them. The air conditioning unit was very loud, but we needed it because the house was so cold. The smell left us feeling grumpy and frustrated. As soon as we walked in, there was a smell like wet dog mixed with an old house. The fridge looked new but smelled like sour milk and fish. The shower was tiny, even for my medium build and my small partner. I couldn't pick up the soap without my backside pushing the shower door open. Neither TV worked properly. We could get only three channels with a picture; the rest had sound only. I have nothing good to say about this accommodation.
