John made sure everything went smoothly for our Noosa wedding, even printing out last-minute speeches for us at the reception. He really went above and beyond and saved us. Thank you so much, John. Unit 1 was fantastic. The upstairs and downstairs deck spaces were a real highlight, and we loved sitting out there with a coffee. Our only suggestion is to update the TVs to larger smart TVs. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We really enjoyed our visit to Sandy Beach. The apartment, number 16, was spacious, well appointed, and had comfortable beds. John and Tess were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend, it's in a great location.

The river is right across the road, so our boys can swim, ride their bikes and have a BBQ there. The pools are clean too, and the resort feels safe for children. That peace of mind means a lot to us. We’ve been coming to Sandy Beach Resort for more than six years and have already booked for next year. John and Tess are a big part of why we return. They’re warm, caring managers, and they’re great with our four boys. The place is always neat and well kept, and when something needs attention or is missing, it gets sorted straight away. Nothing feels like a hassle. We usually visit at the start of the year, then sometimes come back for a weekend since we’re only about three hours away. Even if we ring at the last minute, John says he’ll try to fit us in and does his best. It’s good value, family friendly, and somewhere we’re consistently happy to stay. It really feels like our happy place.

We spent nine days at Sandy Beach Resort and had a great time. The pools, spa, BBQ area, parking and security all made the stay enjoyable. Restaurants and watersports in Noosaville are an easy walk away. John and Tess are terrific managers, always happy to help. I’d highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our time at Sandy Beach Resort and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks to John & Tess, and see you next time! The apartment had everything we needed, and the pool area was lovely. Being right by the river in Noosaville is a great spot, with restaurants nearby and the waterfront promenade especially nice in the evening.
