I booked at the very last minute over the Easter holiday and was lucky to find a night’s accommodation here. Once we arrived, I wished we could have stayed longer. Our spot was well arranged, and the place was beautiful. Check-in and check-out were very easy, even after hours. We went for a walk after dinner and found a wonderful surf beach right next door. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen and toilets were clean, and there was good space for cooking. The location is handy for the beach and a great coffee shop. Staff were amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. We ended up booking two extra nights, partly thanks to a woman at reception who went above and beyond with her service. I can’t remember her name, but she said she was half Croatian/Hungarian. We had an amazing stay!

This was our second visit. Because of sand fly trouble on our previous stay, we chose a double slab caravan site this time. The facilities and location were great, the staff were friendly, and the beach and walking tracks are close by.

The tiny home was modern and had all the comforts we needed for an overnight stay. It’s pet friendly, which is great since it can be hard to find a nice place that allows pets. Staff were friendly, and Craig helped us check in after office hours. We’d definitely return for a longer stay.

It was a mixed experience. The site was generous in size, but so were the numbers of sandflies, the worst I’ve encountered. The amenities were hit and miss, and the showers were often lukewarm or cold. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The sandflies, though, were dreadful, easily the worst experience in more than 40 years and cumulatively over 80 weeks of camping along the Mid North coast. We left just as the crowds were building. It’s too big and busy at peak times, unless you like people playing their doosh doosh music at night.
