We were stuck without anywhere to stay that night, and the lovely receptionist found a room for us and our very well behaved little dog, even though the caravan parks and other places were full. The room was clean and tidy, with the usual motel setup: a bed, kitchenette, bathroom and air conditioning. It’s across from the entertainment centre and parks, with other amenities nearby. Thanks so much for helping us out. Five stars.

The room was simple but practical, the beds were comfortable, and the complex was quiet. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and they let me check in early. There’s plenty of parking. Food options aren’t right next door, but just a few minutes by car gets you to lots of places. The shower was hot, though water saving fittings meant the pressure was low. My main problem was the curtains: light came in all around them through the night, so I didn’t sleep well. Proper blackout blinds would make a big difference.

The staff member who checked us in was so cheerful, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the older motel still has a lot of charm. It was mostly clean, though there were a couple of small cleaning misses. The Wi-Fi was awful. If you don’t need the TV and have mobile data, it’s a good place.

Really lovely service and an amazing room. Shops are within walking or driving distance. There’s a BBQ and laundry too, with a $4 wash and $4 for the dryer.
