I was staying for more than one night and left the room service sign on my door in the morning, while housekeeping was still cleaning rooms for guests who had checked out. That evening, I found the room untouched and the sign on the ground outside. It felt deliberate. Later, when I checked out, I saw the front desk staff member and cleaner sitting together outside. I found the service very disappointing. If rooms aren’t guaranteed to be cleaned, guests should be told clearly instead of having requests ignored.

We were very disappointed. We had a confirmed booking for 31st December and had received the confirmation beforehand. Since we were travelling a long way, we emailed earlier that afternoon to let them know we’d arrive late. They tried calling while we were driving, when we had no network, but we had already notified them and arrived within their stated opening hours. At the motel, we were told the booking had been automatically cancelled and only one room was available. The room we’d booked was $190, but management offered that one room for $300, then said they’d reduce it to $290 as a “discount.” Booking.com showed the same room at $250. It was unacceptable and unlike anything we’d experienced before. I’d advise others to be cautious and keep their booking confirmation with them if they choose to stay here.

After a long drive I arrived late, and the staff made me feel welcome and accommodated my late arrival. Reception was lovely, everyone was very friendly, and the room was clean. A great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back.

Convenient spot beside a park, with 711 and gyg down the road. The staff were very nice, and the room had good air conditioning, good shower pressure and working hot water. A very good motel.

The man who welcomed me was warm and inviting, and the room was lovely and fresh smelling. Everything was kept very clean. Many thanks for such an enjoyable welcome. Tracey
