We had loads of room between us and the neighbours, and the location was great. For the Hunter Valley, the price felt about right, and I'd stay again, but the broken things needed more attention. The deck shadecloth was damaged, so there was no shade for sitting outside except very early in the morning. The back room's air conditioning didn't work, and the dishwasher had mouldy tablets inside. The photos showed an espresso machine, but we'd prepared for that and found a broken pod machine instead. At least there was a French press, so we could still make coffee. The kitchen could also use another baking tray or two and another cheese board.

A great base for Hunter Valley wineries, restaurants, and concerts. The farm stay house was lovely, and I'd highly recommend it.
