The fish of the day was gummy shark, and its fresh salad with olives was really nice. Both that and the pizza arrived looking good and tasted good, even with a busy lunchtime crowd. The food came out fairly quickly. The bar has that old country pub feel, with plenty of outdoor seating, though it was all high stools when we visited and no low tables were free. Pool being played in the dining area made things pretty noisy for a while. We had to wrap the leftover pizza in serviettes because no box was offered, and it stuck to the topping. Still, a good visit.

Friday night had a great pub feel, with lots of hard-working people enjoying the hospitality. The staff were the hardest-working pub crew I’ve seen in years, and the food was exceptional. Love this pub.

The rooms are magic and handy when you're working long shifts, and the food is awesome. But with 15 or more patrons still there, calling last drinks at 9:15 pm seems poor. The bar closes far too early.

We’re Lilly and Skye, two Labradors travelling around Australia with Mum and Dad. After setting up our caravan in Onslow today, we walked over to the Beadon Bay Hotel for lunch and a cold beer. The beer garden lets dogs in, so we could come too, and we got water with our chips. We’re much too young for beer! Those special schnitzels were enormous. Mum and Dad had to take some back to the van, and I’m hoping that’s dinner. Yum! We’ll go back before we move on. Thanks 😊

After 81 days on the road, this was the worst meal I've had, and the most expensive too. I ordered the Black Angus steak sandwich for Sunday lunch. The roll was toasted to a crisp, and both the bacon and steak were cremated. I guess the chef may have had the day off.
