ibis Styles Orange

Really quiet, with great service and a nicely decorated room for the price. There weren't any plates or cutlery in the room, but I'd definitely stay again.

The restaurant was good value, and the Saturday night buffet felt heavenly after we'd eaten takeaway for days. The breakfast bacon and egg rolls were delicious and filling too, worth the $15 each. We felt more at home than in a hotel here. The room was comfortable for what we needed and had everyday household items, and the beds were huge and the best I've slept in at a hotel. Even though the Ibis Styles in orange is on a major road, it was peaceful and so quiet you wouldn't know the road was there. The staff were wonderful and kind, and went out of their way to help through a difficult time. They held our room day by day while we didn't know what was happening, then helped make sure my partner was comfortable after surgery and a hospital readmission less than 24 hours later. I really appreciate everyone there. Receptionists Kristy and Carron were welcoming and pleasant, and Mitch, the owner, was a delight to deal with and should be proud of his team. I'd definitely go back, even for a weekend.

My wife, child and I ate here this past Tuesday. The young server was kind, but the food was absolutely horrendous. My child's creamy chicken was completely raw. My chicken schnitzel was pink inside, and the sirloin steak I ordered well done was barely seared. I believe the server said the chef working was called Jamie. Unbelievable.

The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and all brand new. It was quiet despite being right on the main road, and town was an easy distance away. The bed was way too hard for me.
