Orange Motor Lodge

The room smelled very bad as soon as I walked in, and the cleanliness was below an acceptable level. I don't recommend it. The bathroom was much too narrow to get in and out of the cubicle easily. The shower and hot water system were good, and the bathroom ventilation worked well with an active exhaust fan. The staff were helpful.

We stayed for one night, and the clean room and super-comfy bed suited my partner and me perfectly. There was a spare throw blanket for the cool night. The staff handled our stay so well. Our early check-in request through booking.com hadn't been forwarded to the motel, but the front desk let us check in early anyway. We had to get to a funeral in 45 minutes, so they urgently asked for the room to be cleaned. We waited no more than 15 minutes, leaving us plenty of time to get ready. It was a pleasant, stress-free stay. I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you.

We had the best stay. The rooms are immaculate and really clean, and the staff and owners were so kind. They always go out of their way to make things comfortable, and I can't thank them enough. Such beautiful people. I'd love to stay again. If I could, I'd give them 100 stars.

The shower was a real highlight, with a big rainfall head and handheld option, and the water got properly hot. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was serviced daily with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. It’s well priced, close to everything but still quiet. The family running it were lovely, including the three polite little kids and their thoughtful, helpful mum at reception. We’ll be back.
