The house was easy to settle into, thanks in large part to Noelen. She was warm, quick to help with questions, and made sure things went smoothly the whole time. There was plenty of room for our group across the five large bedrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Heating and cooling kept the place comfortable throughout. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

We paid in full for an apartment months ahead, then Noelene messaged through bookings com two weeks before the stay to say it was cancelled because another guest had extended their booking. When I called, Noelene said we'd only booked one night and it was too much trouble to prepare the apartment for us compared with the longer-staying guest. She also told me I would have to cancel through bookings.com because they couldn't cancel a confirmed booking. Very poor service and form from this host.

Apartment 3 was huge, warm and spotless, with a kitchen stocked well beyond what you'd expect. They'd even provided wood, toys for the kids, coffee, tea, milk, spices and condiments. Just bring your food, drinks and clothes, everything else is there. Completely self-contained, and we'd definitely stay again.

Our chihuahua was welcome and loved it. The place was spotless, roomy and comfortable, with everything we could think of and then some. There's loads of space for a big family. Highly recommend.

The futon was comfy and simple to set up, and we had a comfortable night with friends. Some of the decor looks a bit dated, but for our one-night stay it was fine.
