It's a little out of town, about a 1 km walk, but in my opinion it's the nicest hotel and worth the stroll. The room was quiet at night with great blockout blinds and no road noise that I could hear. The bathroom was generous in size, the shower was great, and the place showed real attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and well appointed, and I arranged a late check-in while riding the rail trail. It was warm and comfortable when I arrived. I'd recommend it and stay again.

We got a comfortable rest and stopover, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The coffee pods were a nice touch. But we expected a beautiful old hotel based on the first photo in the Google search, then found the motel had none of that old World charm. I don't appreciate misleading advertising.

The owner greeted me warmly, was helpful, and showed me to my room. The one-bedroom apartment suited me perfectly: very clean, a comfortable bed, a big TV, a strong hot shower, and a full kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and coffee machine. I also had a peaceful private courtyard out back. Best of all, I slept so well and couldn't hear anyone in the neighbouring rooms. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

As my wife says, it's an ideal stopover for our young family. The rooms are well kept, nicely presented, and have everything we need, at great rates. There's a convenient location with plenty of local services for us too. Possibly the best motel we've stayed in. Five stars are well deserved.

The people were lovely and helpful when booking and during our stay. The hotel was clean and lovely, with a great spa bath and bathroom and lots of little extras. We had a comfortable bed and a peaceful setting. Thanks, we'll definitely return.
