My wife got hit pretty hard by Covid the day before our holiday, so we had to cancel the six nights we'd booked. I knew about the refund policy, but still hoped to get most of the money back. The Love Shack said they'd refund only the nights they managed to re-book. We got two nights refunded, plus an offer of a third free night if we booked another two nights. Just a heads-up: if you have to cancel for a genuine reason, you may still lose money. I understand losing some if it's simply a change of mind, but it's something to be aware of. Also, if you choose The Love Shack, compare the different booking sites. We noticed big, and I mean big, price differences between them.
