The Frames

Kelly went above and beyond to make us comfortable during a lovely, relaxing stay at the Frames. The location is great and the design has a modern style. Highly recommend, and thanks, Kelly.

We loved the pool, spa, sauna and massage bed, and the balcony was such a relaxing place to sit and take in the view. After a hectic stretch on the road, the accommodation was just right for unwinding. The food, wine and chocolate treats were delicious too. Our Wildlife and Wetland tour was a real highlight. The scenery was lovely, the meal and setting were amazing, and we especially enjoyed talking with Tony, Rob and Rick. David made all our communications fun and friendly, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Late checkout made Sunday morning very relaxed. Thank you for a truly special couple of nights at The Frames.

The excursions were fun, informative and fully catered, with the same care as everything else. Breakfast provisions were generous and delicious, and thoughtful local touches helped us feel connected to the place. The elegant retreat had excellent furniture and appliances and was beautifully appointed. We shared the largest two-bedroom, two-bathroom option with another couple on our second visit. It won't be our last.

Our Wetlands Tour was the highlight. We felt like VIPs, especially with lunch served privately on the riverbank. The two wonderful nights at The Frames exceeded our expectations for accommodation, food and experiences. We arrived at the Collage Room, a two-bedroom apartment with an indoor Hot Tub, our own pool and sauna. The bedroom was super comfortable, with a massage bed, and the bathroom was huge. Our package also included an afternoon cruise on the Murray with a lovely cheese platter and wine. Back in the room, the fridge was stocked for dinner, which we cooked at our own pace on the provided BBQ. Delicious. Cathy and Rick were welcoming hosts, as was their team. I can't recommend The Frames enough.
