I’m glad I found somewhere else to stay. The application communication was handled very unprofessionally. The reply was just an email with a form attached, offering dates different from the ones I’d applied for and no explanation. I asked about the dates and never got a reply. Then they emailed asking for a money transfer by a deadline a few days away, but cancelled my application two days before that deadline, saying I hadn’t paid in time. They hadn’t answered my emails and didn’t even follow their own deadline.

I’d prepaid in full for a 10-day Airbnb booking made three weeks ahead. On the day I was due to arrive, the administration cancelled the whole reservation and said the room wasn’t available. I had to look for accommodation at the airport, where places were already booked, and ended up reserving five different places, including a hostel with shared rooms that I hadn’t planned to use. They could have cancelled earlier and given me time to find somewhere else. I can’t understand leaving someone without a place to stay on the very day they arrive, after they’ve legally booked and paid. It felt heartless. Don’t go there.

Modern, comfortable student accommodation, but a bit small for the price. The shower has no divider from the rest of the bathroom. There are electronic key cards on every door, including inside the accommodation, which feels excessive, and the fees for getting locked out are steep.

I lived in one of their properties and had a great stay. Everything was modern and worked well. When something did go wrong, they came to fix it quickly.
