Getting picked up at the Ski Tube and dropped at the chalet door made things really easy for our family. We were soon settled in by the fire, playing pool. There was a buffet breakfast in the morning, and we could ski to the lift from the lodge, then call for a pickup at the end of the day. Dinner was amazing and the hospitality was impeccable. After skiing, the sauna and spa followed by a few drinks at the Hof bar downstairs was just right. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Charlee really cares about your stay and treats you like family. The whole team made our time incredible: Rhain made transport easy every day, Adrian and T cooked delicious meals, Michael was a star behind the bar, and Ollie and Jade’s service went beyond what we expected. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll DEFINITELY be back!

Charlee and her team looked after us so well, with tasty food and lovely service in a cosy, inviting alpine setting. The location right in Perisher is perfect, with everything you need. What an amazing weekend. Can’t wait to return!

The staff paid attention to every detail and made our stay feel just right. We loved the food, especially dinner, and the cosy bar and spa were great. The hotel decor is stylish and the beds are super comfortable. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on a future Perisher trip. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

The views from the top of the hill are great, and you can ski down to the quad. The complimentary oversnow ride to and from the skitube, plus pickup after skiing, was very welcome. We loved the spa and fireplace, and the kids had fun with the pool table and board games. The building has simple, unpretentious decor that suits the alpine setting. Each evening we enjoyed a schnapps and a chat with the barman and other guests in the cosy happy hour bar. We stayed during the school holidays as a family and had a great time. Charlee and all the staff were super friendly. The buffet breakfast was decent and dinners were hearty. They weren’t as gourmet as the YouTube videos suggest, but definitely did the job.
