The staff were very cordial, and I’d recommend staying here. The only gripe was figuring out where the entrance and hotel were after we arrived. There wasn’t a sign, the hotel occupies a whole floor in a building with many tenants, and there’s no reception desk. You have to call for someone to come down with the keys. Since places close early in Australia, there may be nobody around to ask outside those hours. Luckily, a nearby shop was open and pointed us in the right direction. After a long flight from another continent, waiting with all our luggage without a place to sit wasn’t convenient. Still, I’d come back when I’m in Perth.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a useful washer and dryer in the room. The bathroom was clean and nice too, and the shower had strong pressure. From the balcony we could see high-rise buildings and restaurants across the way. The free Blue Cat buses, Perth station, shops, and bars were all within walking distance. I stayed four nights in mid October and had a very good time. We called when we arrived and met the manager, who was friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay.

The studio was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the CBD and near shops. Staff were lovely and sorted out a few things I asked to have in the room that weren’t included at first. The cleaners were friendly too and gladly brought me anything extra I needed. I had an amazing stay at Apartment 188 in Perth CBD. They also made my after-hours check-in easy. I’m very happy with it and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

From the third-floor balcony there were good views, and the room included everything we needed for a very good price. We stayed three nights, and both the room and facilities were excellent. The location is good, very close to the free Blue Cat bus. Staff were great and let us leave our luggage after checkout, then collect it on our way to the airport before our late flight.
