We spent two weeks here while our toddler recovered from an operation and we needed to stay in Perth. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and reasonably priced, and the host was kind and helpful. The air conditioning worked well and the onsite launderette was good. We'd stay again and recommend it. Thanks!

I was in town for hospital exams over the weekend and stayed at Broadway. The unit was just right for two, with lovely decor, a nice lounge and study area on the balcony, a spacious and very clean kitchen, and a good shower. Shops, cafes and buses are close, and there's a nice walk to Kings Park, Matilda Bay. I'd definitely recommend Broadway and return.

The apartment felt new inside, with a great kitchen and everything you'd need. It was clean, convenient, and welcoming. The host was always available for questions and even quickly posted my keys back after I left them behind. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I stayed for work and had a really nice time in this excellent apartment near the University. Management were understanding and accommodating when I had to change my travel dates at short notice. Highly recommended.
