The pool was small but lovely, clean and refreshing. The location was perfect for getting to the city and Optus Stadium, which suited our visit. Road noise wasn't an issue, and the occasional plane overhead wasn't enough to bother us. The site was a decent size, but hard to reverse into because of a garden bed right in front and a palm tree in the middle. I'd ask for a corner site next time. The bathrooms are very old and need updating, and cleanliness was average.

We stayed at Perth Central Caravan Park in a two-bedroom cabin the night before our flight, while our van was in storage. The cabin was spacious, clean and had everything our family needed. It was ideally located near the airport and shops. Huge thanks to the friendly staff who run and look after the park. Their communication and friendliness were hard to beat.

We stayed for convenience alone. The park is very cramped, as you can see from the satellite imagery. The showers and toilets look stuck in the 70s, and probably haven't had maintenance since then. Showers flood, taps leak, and some shower floor tiles are missing. The shower fans are disgusting, and one doesn't even work. Guys, changing one takes about five minutes, it's plug and play.

The people were lovely and the beds were comfortable. But the bathroom sink was dirty, and there was a large patch of mould on the shower ceiling. The bedroom ceiling fans were either barely running or going too fast. The aircon is at the front of the cabin and doesn't reach the bedrooms.

There's a very nice and helpful woman at reception, and the large sites were good. The washing machines cost $4 per load, which is cheap. It's reasonably quiet and we'd stay again, partly because it's probably the closest park to the city. The place is looking shabby and needs a good makeover. Prices were all over the place, with some days more expensive than others.
