The Adnate Perth - Art Series

The pool area and facilities were great, and we loved both the hotel and our room. The staff were thoughtful and helpful in making my partner's birthday special. Since I'm celiac and need gluten-free food, the kitchen team helped me work out what I could eat and adapted the dish. We had a fantastic stay. Thanks for a wonderful time, we'd happily recommend it and come back.

The room was spacious, spotless and had a good view, though the furnishings felt sparse and uninspired. Breakfast was decent but the choices were limited. The pool was tiny, more like an oversized bathtub, and exposed to views from much of the hotel, so it wasn't comfortable for relaxing. Staff at reception were welcoming, but arriving didn't feel luxurious or especially polished for this price. The Adnate Perth – Art Series was the most expensive of several nearby options, yet it felt overrated for its standard. It's a little away from the city centre, in a rather run-down part of town. The hotel was clean and functional and the rooms acceptable, but what we got didn't quite justify the cost, which left us disappointed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and decorated with art. We came to Perth for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday, and stayed at two hotels because we'd joined a two-day tour to Kalbarri. This was the second one. It's farther from the CBD centre, but still walkable and convenient, with coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. A lovely place to stay.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but the complimentary drink by the pool was welcome while we waited. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had a great view from the 17th floor, and after a long, hot day exploring, the kids and parents all enjoyed the pool and bar area. Hay Street is handy for cafes, the mall, train station and bus services, all a short walk away. We'd stay again.
