West Perth Luxury Apartment

The pool, gym and grounds were all great, with lots of spots to sit and read or just relax. Our room felt like a small apartment, and I enjoyed the little balcony. It also had a microwave for heating simple meals. The location is excellent, close to cafes and restaurants and the free city CAT bus. Good value for the price.

The room made the stay especially comfortable, with plenty of space, a kitchen, washer, dryer and balcony. The pool deck on level 4 has a lot of room to lounge, and the gym is well equipped. I usually pay walk-in rates at commercial gyms when I travel, so having this one saved me money. Staff were friendly and helpful. They let me check in early, and at late checkout I could use the pool area's shower. When the washing machine had a problem, they replaced it. Basement parking connects directly to the lobby and cost AUD19 per day, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel since other places often charge more or have less convenient access. It's about 1 km outside the CBD, which didn't bother me as I had a rental car and wasn't planning to spend much time exploring the city centre. I'd stay here again on my next Perth trip.

A good choice for a longer stay. The rooms are modern and nicely laid out, with a kitchenette, fridge, washer and dryer. There is an indoor car park connected to the lift lobby for $25 a night, and the lifts need a key card. I liked the street-facing balcony and its outdoor seating. Watch the raised edge between the room and balcony so you don't trip.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the street is quiet with very good sound insulation. The staff were discreet, efficient and pleasant, and I want to thank them all. It's just outside the city centre, within walking distance of the train and Kings Park. The pool and gym are welcome extras. It's a great place for a few days, or even a few weeks if you're lucky enough to have the time.
