The location worked really well for us. Kings Park is within walking distance, and the free Red Cat bus stops at the door and runs regularly around the city. We also found the streets clean and safe, so it was easy enough to walk around. Our studio room was fresh and clean, with a small balcony and a practical layout. It had basic tea and coffee supplies, a shower with two entrances, a full size spa bath, and a sink on either side of the shower. The room type didn’t come with laundry facilities. The shower soap ran out, and one of the hand soap dispensers didn’t work. Nicole was wonderful when our flight was delayed. She sent me an SMS explaining how to get in after hours. The breakfast bar on site serves delicious food, and locals can collect loyalty cards for coffee. There’s no gym in the building, but they have an arrangement with a nearby one. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great time in Perth, especially with Kings Park nearby and its lovely walking and cycling tracks. The free bus was handy too, though we were a little disappointed nobody on staff mentioned it, so we used Uber for our first day.

The level 3 apartment smelled awful and wasn’t very clean. Worst of all, there were cockroaches everywhere. The bedroom aircon was the one good thing. The TV was tiny, the bathroom was old, and there were more roaches.

A handy base for visiting Perth WA, with the free bus service across the city and the Red Cat right at the doorstep. Kings Park is close enough to walk to.
