Lazy River Boutique Bed & Breakfast

We loved wandering the grounds and sitting on the private jetty by the river, watching the birds. There were activities like kayaking and tennis, but we didn’t have time to try them. Liz and Steve were great hosts, and the included breakfast was so filling and delicious that we didn’t need lunch. The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and there were thoughtful extras like bubbly in the fridge and homemade snacks and cakes. My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Lazy River Bed and Breakfast and would recommend it for a luxurious break.

We had a relaxing weekend and really enjoyed the view from our clean, beautiful room. Steve’s dinner was delicious, and the homemade breakfast was lovely too. Thanks to Steve and Liz for the wonderful stay and warm hospitality.

We spent two lovely nights at Lazy River B&B and came back to the city feeling relaxed and refreshed. The cabin was peaceful and gave us that country feeling, with a wonderful chorus of birds in the morning. We also kayaked, played tennis, picked lemons, and visited the horses next door. Steve cooked an incredible dinner and brought it over by golf buggy. The breakfast hamper, turn-down service, and chocolates by the bed were thoughtful touches, and Steve and Liz made the stay feel special.

A candle-lit dinner on the balcony did come with one unexpected guest, a cheeky possum trying to steal our food. Still, there’s very little not to like here. Steve and Liz are delightful, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, the accommodation is fabulous, and the rooms and facilities are spacious. Steve serves excellent food. It’s a lovely place to unwind away from the crowds while still being quite close to Perth, even for a short stay.
