I left after five minutes, which was just long enough to take eight photos. There were bodily fluids, black mould all around the shower, dirty carpets, a strong smell, unwashed walls with more “fluids,” and even clothes left drying. I couldn’t believe it. Admin never responded. I returned the keys after taking the pictures. Beware!

I booked in December for a family event, then less than a month before the dates, they contacted me to say a system error had led to overbooking and they couldn’t honour my reservation. Now I have to find last minute accommodation that costs more. I’m beyond annoyed. It was beyond rude to contact me online and tell me to cancel my own booking because of their error.

We’ve been in the apartment for one day and only got one key, though we need two. The television doesn’t work either. We picked up the key from a shop yesterday and went back today, but they couldn’t give us another. They couldn’t contact anyone for help, and we’ve had no replies to the numerous emails we sent. I wouldn’t book this apartment. I’d give it no stars if I could.

I booked for the Gold Coast Marathon in July, then received an email saying a system error meant I no longer had a booking. This isn’t even good enough to count as bad service. One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.
