Neptune Resort

We had a fantastic week just after New Year, and this is now on my top-three list for a future stay. We chose a recently upgraded apartment, I think that's the term, and it was clean, comfortable, well furnished and had everything we needed. For a one-bedroom place, it felt extremely spacious. The location made getting around easy: Pacific Fair, light rail, buses and restaurants were across the road. There was onsite parking, and we never had an issue finding a spot. It's also a short walk to other restaurants, Oasis Mall and the beach. An onsite cafe is handy if you don't want to make breakfast. The lounge had air conditioning, with ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedroom. They supplied body and hand wash, shampoo, and a welcome pack with dishwash, tea, coffee, sugar and laundry detergent. We had to buy more supplies during the stay, and ended up throwing out most of what we'd bought when we left. Maybe a guest pantry for recent arrivals could be worth considering, though I understand there may be health and safety concerns. There was road noise, especially Friday and Saturday, mostly exhaust rumbles and blarps. The kitchen had three large frying pans, which felt like overkill. I'd swap two for a smaller pan and a pot between the sizes of the two we had.

The staff were very accommodating, and the complex is a short walk from the beach, Pacific Fair and Star Casino. It also has a pool, steam room, spa and tennis court.

My family had a wonderful stay at Neptune Resort. We found it comfortable and reasonably priced, with excellent amenities and top-notch facilities. The location was very convenient, close to the light rail, bus services and the large Pacific Fair shopping centre.

We loved our stay at Neptune Resort, thanks very much Brett & Paula! The staff were patient, helpful, polite and respectful. Cafes and Broadbeach shops are an easy walk away, as is Kurrawa Beach, about five minutes on foot. Broadbeach and its shopping mall are around a ten-minute walk. The location opposite fabulous Pan Pacific Fair SC, with nearby Oasis SC Woolworths, was awesome. We didn't need a car and walked to the shopping centres, light rail and bus terminal beside NR. We used public transport to get to Movieworld & SeaWorld parks, Surfers Paradise and Currumbin Bird Sanctuary. Neptune Resort has Manager Brett & Administration Manager Paula.
