Azzura Greens Resort

Geraldine changed my impression of the customer service a bit when I spoke with her on 09/03/2026. She was polite, listened to my feedback, and promised to have the problems noted below addressed. If she’d been at reception when we checked out, I think things could have gone better. She saved the day to some extent. This is what customer service should be. Thanks, Geraldine. The checkout had been the worst part of our stay. The two young men at reception came across as cold and rude. One was polite until we raised the apartment problems, then his attitude changed right away. He also struggled to understand English, which made the conversation more frustrating. The location was convenient, with a shopping centre a short drive away, and after-hours check-in was easy. Security seemed generally okay, though someone managed to tailgate through the gate behind us. The apartment was fine for one night, but nowhere near 5-star standard. The dishwasher smelled strongly and unpleasantly, the pillows smelled of sweat and needed washing or replacing, and water dripped onto the carpet from the second bedroom’s faulty aircon. The main bedroom carpet was stained all over, and the shower was mouldy. The toilet brushes were disgustingly filthy and need replacing. Reject Shop sells them for $5 each. For a quick stopover, the place was relatively clean and okay, but it doesn’t match the quality it advertises. It wasn’t worth the money or 5-star rating, and I won’t return.

There was heaps of room for our whole family in the lovely apartment we had in the first tower. It was beautifully presented and smelled nice and fresh when we arrived. Having three toilets was a real bonus. We’ll definitely be back and ask for the same apartment.

The pool area was very nice, and the unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry. We chose Azzura Greens for its location while visiting family. Reception isn’t manned at night, but the directions for collecting the keys were clear. Parking is underground, with entry and exit on opposite sides, so take care going in and out. There were bugs all through the unit, which was mostly just annoying. We stayed six nights and there was no service to the unit. The Wi-Fi wasn’t connected at first, but they fixed it when we mentioned it. We also told reception that the master bedroom ceiling fan and TV didn’t work, but nothing was done.

The resort itself is nice, but I wasn’t happy with the service or the way they spoke to me. They didn’t seem to know about construction happening in their own resort because it was a “bought property.” When I asked where the noise was coming from, they said there was no noise. They only checked after I kept at it and they finally believed me. They didn’t know how to help when I asked.
