The food was nice, but the service didn’t meet the standard I expected for the price of dinner. When we ordered a bottle of wine, the waiter poured it straight into our glasses without offering us a taste. My long black came without sugar or a spoon, and nobody asked if I wanted sugar. Different waiters also came by with the same questions, which got a bit annoying. We expected a higher level of service for what we paid, but that wasn’t our experience.

Our waiter, Guy, made sure we had a lovely romantic evening for our anniversary. The venue itself is incredible, and even the drive up to the entrance felt like part of the experience. You enter through the intercom. We loved every sip, every bite and every minute!

We held my sister’s bachelorette lunch at Tower Estate’s restaurant, with the whole courtyard to ourselves. The setting is stunning, with so many beautiful details, and the food was delicious. Helen, Brooke and the team were wonderful in the lead-up and so helpful with the planning. It was beyond perfect, and we loved it. I can’t wait to stay there sometime soon and would absolutely recommend it!

My partner and I eloped at tower lodge, and it was magical, even better than we expected. Everything was taken care of, and the staff did everything with such care and attention. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere felt calm and super romantic. We loved our stay and will be back!

Helen, Alyssa and Guy deserve a big shout-out for going above and beyond. Helen made us feel exceptionally welcome, and Guy and Alyssa made my husband’s 70th birthday a perfect celebration. We loved the meals and masterclasses, too. We couldn’t fault our stay at Tower Lodge. Do yourself a favour and stay here. Absolutely five stars all the way!
