The condition and comfort here are about as bad as I can remember, even compared with the old dumps along the Hume Hwy at Goulburn. A budget motel can still be comfortable, but this one falls short on presentation and amenities. It might improve with some effort, though the value is awful and it shouldn't cost more than $70.

The TV and little kitchen area were the only real positives. There was a microwave, kettle and fridge, but the bedding was extremely uncomfortable, and the beds kept rolling around whenever we tried to settle in. From 5am, reception staff nearby were smoking, slamming their wire door and laughing and talking VERY loudly. We were woken up by all of it. It was a pretty bland stay.

Our original booking had to be changed because that place apparently had no electricity. We ended up here for one night and weren't impressed. I wouldn't stay again.

The price was reasonable for a night's stay. The room and facilities were okay, although they could do with more cleaning.

We just wanted somewhere to sleep for the night, and this was fine for the price. Don't expect anything fancy, but it gave us a roof over our heads. Booking in was easy. Could've used a little more milk for our coffees, otherwise all good. Cheers.
