A huge thank you to Mitch for being so patient with the most annoying booking person in the world. He was compassionate and sincere, as was Gisela, and they’ve made my toughest year amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious and relaxing, with nice ocean views. The location is outstanding: the beach and pool are right there, and the kids love the pool. Little kids would love the splash park across the road too. There are lots of nice restaurants close by. We’re having such a relaxing break, thank you so much!!! 💖💖💖💖

If the sea is a bit windy, there’s always the pool, and you get a great mix of pool, sand and sea. The Surfy is next door and has great food, while Macrossan Street is an easy walk, so there’s no need for shuttle buses. Thanks to Tommy, the absolute King at sorting things out and getting things done. Fiona was great too, and special mention to Wayne the handyman, a beautiful man. You’ll never go wrong staying here. Thank you Beaches Port Douglas ❤️

My son walked through the front door and said, “Mum, I think this is the nicest place you have booked so far.” We absolutely loved our stay at Beaches at Port Douglas. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the maintenance man fixed the spa for us. It was heated on one of the days we used it, which made it lovely. The beach view is stunning, and the adjoining cafe’s serve great food. The main street is very close, with lots of shops and places to eat in its busy atmosphere. Such a special town to visit, and Beaches is an affordable, lovely place to stay. We hope to return one day!

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Staff communicated brilliantly, especially Tommy, who helped with transfers, tour bookings and dining options. We had an amazing stay at Beaches Port Douglas and hope to come back.

The apartment was large, clean and well equipped. The beach is right next door, and it’s about a five-minute walk to “down town”.
