Everyone on staff was wonderful and friendly, and nothing felt like a problem. Breakfast was lovely each morning, the facilities were great with plenty to do, and it’s only a short walk into town. I had such an amazing time that I’m looking into buying a unit here so I can keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend a stay at Mantra Portsea resort Port Douglas!

The breakfast room staff were amazing and extremely helpful, and most of the reception staff were good too. But our room needed a proper clean and much of the resort needs a facelift. With no lift, I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children under 10 or elderly people. The pool bar is a fantastic feature, though it’s only open for 5 hours a day, and staff need to take a break for at least an hour of that time. We would have appreciated staff approaching us directly about drinks in cans in the pool instead of sending passive aggressive emails during our stay.

The pool area is beautiful, a great place to relax, and the drinks are delicious. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes down the road from the main town and close to everything. Staff were so friendly, helpful and genuinely accommodating from start to finish, which made a big difference. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel is close to everything and the rooms were very nice and clean, with all we needed. What really stood out was the customer service. Staff found out we were here for our anniversary and personally brought a bottle of wine to our room as a lovely surprise. They’d already gone above and beyond and made us feel so welcome.

We had an amazing stay at MantraPortSea, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. The manager was really helpful at the desk with all our questions. The room and facilities were beautiful, especially the door pool. We’ll be back for another stay, can’t wait!
