I couldn’t tell which things in the room were free to use, so I wasn’t sure whether I’d be charged when checking out. Having those items there is handy, but the instructions need to be clearer. The kitchen also needs a chopping board. Check-in through digital reception was difficult: the email wording was confusing, and I expected a central code box with a key. I parked at the back of the unit, assumed that was the back door, and couldn’t find the entrance. Saying “Entrance door at private car park” would have helped me spot the door’s code handle. A site map and a picture of the code lock would be useful too.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Port Lincoln Beach isn’t far away. Our villa was comfortable and spacious, with a good kitchen area, secure room and easy access. We could park right outside the door, which was handy.

The villa is right behind the grain farm, but the night view is good. The rooms are good overall, though the single bedroom beds were a bit uncomfortable. Service was excellent, and they fixed the location of our TV.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and we had fresh towels. There was a large fridge-freezer and all the modern cooking gear. The drawer was stocked with lots of useful bits too, including cookies, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper 😋😋😋.

The staff were friendly and helpful when their systems failed and made check-in difficult. The view was just of the silos, and the sofa wasn’t comfortable. The bed linen was very old and worn out.
