The villa was clean and everything worked. It was over 40 degrees, so we were glad to have both a fan and air conditioning. The electronic check-in was simple and easy, and we were happy with this basic accommodation at a budget price. It’s small, but we only needed somewhere to sleep. The busy road next door didn’t bother us or disturb our sleep. It was well placed for what we needed. The only issue was another guest or visitor taking our assigned parking spot. We contacted the virtual assistant late at night, but it couldn’t really help.

It’s compact, but the space is used well and the rooms have what you need for a short stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in QUEANBEYAN.

The simple layout covers the basics, though the bathroom is too small for more than one person at a time. The beds were really comfortable, with plenty of pillows in different firmnesses. The kitchen was no frills, but we still managed to cook a good meal. We stayed for two winter nights. Once the air conditioner got going, we were comfortable and enjoyed the unit. You can hear the nearby street, but only the occasional truck was bothersome, along with the canine club meeting on weekends. Good value for money and a great night’s sleep.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, and the shower was great. Check-in was easy, and it was very good value. I stayed overnight with two teenagers and would definitely book again.

It’s a quiet, clean spot with what you need for a pleasant stay. We walked into the heart of Queanbeyan and enjoyed the Mexican and Indian restaurants. It also made a great base for exploring the capital and nearby attractions. Floriade was stunning, and Larks Hill winery near Bungendore was well worth a visit for tasting and lunch snacks.
