The showers were hot and clean, and the modern amenity blocks were well kept. It’s a great spot within walking distance of the beach and General Store. The sites are wide but shallow, so give the staff the full length of your van, including the draw bar and anything mounted at the back, and they can choose a suitable site.

The beach is close, and you can hear the waves. The grass was nice and the facilities were beautiful and super clean. We also had great access to the toaster, sandwich press, BBQ and gas stoves. We were in unpowered site 84, between two trees, and arrived around 8pm. It was extremely narrow. My car wouldn’t fit on the site or along the campsite road without blocking others. Maybe trimming the trees on both sides would create more room. We barely managed to fit our tent.

Our Horrocks weekend has become a yearly highlight, and this was our third annual trip with several families. Thanks for making room for our large group! There’s plenty for kids and adults to do without leaving the caravan park, with the tennis courts, pump track and golf club so close. The grassy sites are a good size, and the spacious cabins are spotless and well equipped. The modern ablutions and camp kitchen were sparkling clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Thanks to the Horrocks Beach Caravan Park team for such a great place.

We used the camp kitchen both nights and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their tip about the General Store’s yummy fish & chips was much appreciated. The park is right beside the beach, so we could listen to the waves at night. Great amenities in a fabulous little caravan park. It’s a lovely place to relax, and we’d love to come back for a longer stay.

We all had a great weekend getaway. Each of us had a cabin, and it was just right, with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
