The kids were kept entertained and worn out by the different pools and the beach. Staff were incredibly thoughtful, and it's a lovely place. The gym is very well equipped, with heavy free weights and a good range of machines. The two bookable tennis courts and squash courts are in great shape and clearly well maintained.

The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, and the beach is a short walk away, though the stingers were active, ouch! Midgies sneak inside when you open the door, but they're harmless enough. We'd definitely stay again. It's about a 10-minute drive to the main Busselton jetty and town centre, and we spotted a couple of possums in the tree outside our room.

Apartment 87 was a disgrace. There were insects in both the kitchen and bed, and I got ant bites all over me. Housekeeping said, “oh yeah they come and go”. When we ran out of Raid spray and asked for more, we were told, “you need to ask reception for that”. Our rubbish wasn't taken, the dishes were left with “we don't do them”, the floors were dirty, and dirty linen was left in the bathroom. We had to call three times just to get the place cleaned. Reception was no help when we reported it. We also asked why the rate online was cheaper and got the response “oh yeah”. Do not recommend. Apartment 87 was a disgrace. The staff were lovely and super accommodating when they helped us host my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration with family and friends. There's always a great range of facilities to keep everyone entertained. It's in a fabulous location, and our family loves coming back.

The room upgrades were tasteful and a pleasant surprise compared with my last visit. When the toaster broke, room service responded quickly and in a friendly way. I enjoyed my visit again, though the games room could use a deep clean and a bit of an overhaul.
