I keep coming back to this lovely place. The restaurant downstairs is lovely, and it’s great value. A nice way to get away down the coast without the busy feel of somewhere like torquay. Highly recommend.

The staff were hands on and great, and the location was wonderful. But the meals were terrible: mine was overpriced and below average. When I raised it, the owner didn’t seem interested and just walked away. My family, friends and I won’t be back.

We loved the old guest house feel and the value. It’s basic, but clean, and the street-side verandah is a nice spot for an afternoon wine. There’s no ensuite bathroom, which suited us, and we had a lovely salmon dinner in the restaurant.

The rooms were super comfy, and the food was excellent. Such a beautiful old building, with a lovely lounge and restaurant. This was easily the best part of our weekend away to Queenscliff.

We had a really restful night, with a soft, lovely bed and a room that was cozy and well kept. It was a bit small, but that makes sense in a beautiful heritage building. We knew the bathrooms were shared, and they were spotless. The weekend was warm, so we wished we'd asked for a fan, though an open window kept us comfortable enough to sleep. The restaurant had delicious food and a great atmosphere. The accommodation was an absolute bargain for a long weekend, and Sally gave us such a nice welcome on our first visit. The hosts were kind and attentive, which made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back, five stars! Frank and Maida
