We drove from Bunya Mountains for a Saturday wine tasting day trip. The cellar door was open, but there were only crumbs on the dining table and nobody around. We pressed the green button and waited, but no one came. I hope everyone is okay. We left disappointed.

Just an hour from Toowoomba, this is a great rural place to stay if you're after a quiet getaway. The accommodation is comfortable and the outlook is spectacular. Dave, your BnB host, makes sure you start the day with a beaut brekkie.

Rangemore Estate has beautiful mountain views in every direction, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It's more than 500 above sea level, set among lovely countryside. Dave offers everything from basic camping to a B&B cabin, plus a sweet little pink house overlooking the landscape. He also makes his own wine, and I may have taken several bottles home! Consider Rangemore Estate for your next outback adventure.

We came by to check out the local winery, but there was nobody there. We rang the bell and called the number with no answer. I don't usually complain, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. I hadn't planned to leave a review, though my therapist said I shouldn't bottle things up. Hope to catch you next time.

I stopped in while staying at Bunya Mountains and took a few bottles of wine with me. The view was simply amazing. I only wish I'd had a little longer to enjoy it. A real Queensland experience.
